How long does shipping take?

All orders with in-stock items take up to 2 business days to process and typically 5–8 business days for delivery. We currently offer free standard ground shipping throughout the United Kingdom.

Processing times are in addition to the transit time estimates. While we aim for your order to arrive within the estimated timeframe, this cannot be guaranteed. Expedited shipping fees (if available) are non-refundable.

Please note: At the moment, we only deliver within the UK.

How do I return my order?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase, whether bought online or in-store. Items can be returned by mail and should be in their original packaging and condition. Please note that a refund or exchange will be issued once we have received the returned item.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your item arrived damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or a refund for you.

I entered wrong shipping address. What should I do?

If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can usually update or cancel your order within the first 3 hours after it’s placed. Once our warehouse begins processing your package, we are unable to make changes to any shipping information.

Why hasn't my tracking number updated?

It can take 1-3 business days for the shipping carrier to start moving a package or update the tracking information. During the holidays or other high volume periods, this can take up to 5-6 business days for a package to scan in initially.

Rest assured, your package will be on its way to you soon. If you don’t see any movement after 8 business days, please let us know and we’ll look into it for you.

My order says it was delivered but I didn't receive anything

In most cases, you’ll see it deliver within 1 business day. There can be a lag between the physical delivery date and tracking delivery date. If it’s been longer than 2 business days, please email us and we’ll look into what’s going on.

Can I cancel my order?

You're able cancel on your order confirmation within 60 minutes of your order being placed. Once your order is in the fulfilment process, we are unable to make further edits.
